The Fennel Hanukkah Menorah is created through a direct casting of a real fennel plant. The vegetable was used to produce a plaster mold, into which liquid ceramic slip is cast, preserving the plant’s delicate structure and natural form.
The fennel’s nine slender stems become the branches of the menorah, each holding a Hanukkah candle
